Scott
Phelps
has worked with youth in San Francisco and Chicago and each year speaks to thousands of
teens in Chicago and around the country on the benefits of abstinence until marriage. He provides training seminars nationally to help
educators and parents effectively communicate the message of abstinence to teens. Scott is a media spokesman for the importance of
abstinence education and writes articles and commentaries on the benefits of abstinence.
His career is dedicated to helping todays teens to resist negative pressures and
make good decisions for their lives. Scott
holds a bachelors degree from San Francisco State University and a Masters
degree from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois.
Libby Gray has worked
extensively in the field of adolescent health, with a focus on teenage pregnancy and
prevention through abstinence education. She
has served as director of a local social services agency providing assistance to pregnant
and parenting teenagers and has addressed both students and adults on the benefits of
abstinence and healthy relationships. Libby
is regularly involved in media communications on the subject of abstinence. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
psychology from Saint Marys College in Indiana.
